Some of the qualities I think is important to have when a person is entering an internship are maturity, professionalism, good time management, and most importantly dedication. Earning the internship through yearup is just the first step toward your career, if you want to keep your position after your internship, you must show your supervisor and colleagues every single one of the qualities listed, ten fold. I plan to show my internship readiness for the third module by continuing to strive for excellence and improving all my growth areas to make them my greatest strengths.
